Larry David finally seems ready to hang up his comedic cleats. The legendary comic, writer, and actor has put the finishing touches on Curb Your Enthusiasm season 12, and reportedly won’t be coming back for a 13th season.

Jeff Garlin had previously teased that the show could be coming to an end soon, citing the age of series star, Larry David.

Does that mean Curb is for sure gone for good after the 12th season airs? Only time will tell.

No Official Announcement on Curb Your Enthusiasm’s Future

HBO has yet to make an official announcement, but the show’s producer recently let the cat out of the bag in a since deleted tweet.

Does that mean for sure that Curb Your Enthusiasm will be ending? No, but the writing has been on the wall for some time that the end was near.

Signs Point to Curb Ending Soon

First there was the lengthy hiatus David took from the show, while other obstacles have popped up such as the death of the legendary Bob Einstein, as well as never-ending allegations surrounding Jeff Garlin.

That, and the cast is rapidly aging.

Larry David himself will be 76 this summer, and his counterparts aren’t getting any younger, either.

That said, David has not officially announced he’s done with the series, and HBO has not come out and said that season 12 of Curb is the end, either.

The show has to come to an end at some point, however. After 11 great seasons, it certainly seems like the 12th season may drop the curtain, once and for all.

You can catch Curb Your Enthusiasm season 12 at some point in 2023. For now, you can hit up HBO to binge the previous 11 installments.
